HGA Advertising implemented the Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania (NiSource) Price Protection Service Program (PPS) as a way to help homeowners predict their gas bills.The program appeared in broadcast and print advertising media, direct mail, a program-specific website, and banner ads. As a result of the program’s success in extending the lifetime value of customers, the NiSource PPS program has rolled to many other states. |
